How do I know if my order has shipped?
Your will receive a shipping confirmation through email once your order is shipped along with your tracking number. The tracking number takes about 24-48 hours for it to be updated on the shipping website.
If the tracking number hasn't updated after 48 hours contact support@cjeliteco.com
How is my order processed?
All orders are processed on weekdays Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekend days Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Custom Wig & U-part orders have 10- 21 business day processing, Hair bundles, clip-ins, and pony tails have 7 business day processing. All Hair products have 3-5 business day processing.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Can I drop off or pick up my unit?
Yes, drop off and pick up is available for units. Please contact courtney@cjeliteco.com

What if my order isn't processed?
We reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Can I provide my own hair for a wig that I want made?
Yes, as of now you can. Stylist will determine the standard of the hair and if it can be used. Already used hair is acceptable as long as there is NO glue residue on the wefts.
