Shipping Policy 

Your will receive a shipping confirmation through email once your order is shipped along with your tracking number. The tracking number takes about 24-48 hours for it to be updated on the shipping website.

If the tracking number hasn't updated after 48 hours contact support@cjeliteco.com

Return Policy 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are not refunds, credits, or changes due to customization of hair orders and processing times. It is in your best interest to read all FAQ's prior to making a purchase. It is your responsibility to make sure you have selected the correct color, length and style of product that you choose. If sending in measurements it is your responsibility that you are sending in the correct measurements and using the chart provided on the site if you need help with how to measure please contact us at support@cjeliteco.com 

Custom unit colors have 24 hours to be modified after this time frame units are put into production and can not be changed. You are agreeing to these terms when purchasing and submitting your order. All custom color will be matched as close as possible to pictures but we do not guarantee that the color will be exact from photos. 

Processing Time 

All orders are processed on weekdays Monday-Friday excluding holidays.  Orders placed on weekend days Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the next business day. Custom Wig & U-part  orders have 10- 21 business day processing, Hair bundles, clip-ins, and pony tails have 7 business day processing. All Hair products have 3-5 business day processing. 

We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
